When you check out your shopping cart, please fill in the order with the warehosue address of Transbang to make sure the packages will be sent to us.
Given Transbang doesn't pay any bill to ecommerce store on your behalf. Please DO pay the charges off on the online ecommerce store check out. DO NOT choose cash on delivery.
Transbang DOES NOT provide cash on delivery/ frefight collect services, please finish your payments as you check out your purchase on online stores.

After finishing your online shopping, please go to [My Transbang > Create an Order > Choose warehouse], fill in the required information of your purchased items, and click 【Submit】

Please notify the delivery after your packages are received by our warehouse staff, and choose the receptor's address and shipping method before paying the shipping fees.
