3. If the parcel has been on the shelves for more than 120 days, a garbage disposal fee of $9 will be issued on the day 120, and if the payment is not completed within 3 days, the account will be permanently banned.

Re-packing fee	$10.00	Fee will be charged if customers request repacking their package once the parcel have been packed. It will not be charged if customers do not need extra request(remove packaging, special packaging fee, etc.) for the original package. Otherwise, the fee will be charged.
US Warehouse_The Private Address Charge	$10.00	If your online seller doesn't accept the warehouse address, you may reach the service team for a private address to receive your parcels. Each package is charged USD$ 10 as a handling fee. ※Reminder： 1. The name of the addressee should be identical to the one when registering the Transbang account. TSB number is needed after the address, or packages may be returned. In this case, Transbang don’t take responsibility for any problems caused. 2. Credit cards, legal instruments, personal documents, etc. will be rejected. If there’s an abuse on the private address or should any goods be found illegal, Transbang reserve the right to take legal action. The user’s account will be suspended as well.

Package forwarding & Customs clearing is another international shipping choice apart from direct shipment and the shipping process takes 14-25 days.

Items received by warehouse yet being informed of shipment:

1. There will be storage fee 0.5 USD charged per item and per day after 60 days after your goods received by the warehouse and yet informed of being shipped.

2. From the day one when your items arrive at the warehouse and over 120 days still not being informed of shipment, Transbang will regard the items as disposed with agreement by customer. We won't inform and no longer take the responsibility of taking care of your property, meanwhile Transbang would have the full right to deal with the items and customer couldn't request any further damage claim afterwards.

2. From the day one when your items arrive at the warehouse and over 120 days still not being informed of shipment, Transbang will regard the items as disposed with agreement by customer. We won't inform and no longer take the responsibility of taking care of your property, meanwhile Transbang would have the full right to deal with the items and customer couldn't request any further damage claim afterwards.
