Shipping cost is calculated by the heavier weight, either “volumetric weight” or “gross weight”.

Maximum gross weight is 20 kgs; No restriction on volumetric weight.

Volumetric weight (kg) = (length width height) / 5000. It's considered as 1 kg if smaller than 1, eg. For instance：(15cm x 10cm x 20cm) / 5000 = 0.6 kg → it’s considered as 1 kg.

Orders should be paid by every Tuesday (PST) so that packages can be scheduled to ship on Thursdays (PST).

Maximum amount of compensation is $60.
