Hi! This is second Transbang review. This time, I ordered some rewards from Square Enix NA store to be shipped to Thailand.

I notified Transbang that there were eight items I ordered from SE. However, SE told me that one of item was still manufacturing and will be shipped later.

Transbang found that there were only seven items in the package they received and they contacted me via email so fast. After I told them that only one items was manufacturing, they acknowledged and asked if I wanted to wait for another item to include with previous one.

Nevertheless, SE couldn't tell how long it will be finished, so I notified them to ship those seven items first without waiting for another one.

I really appreciated their services to take care my order smoothly and asked me for every step to let me decide.
