Terms and Conditions:

1. All items on the website of Rakuten (Japanese or English version) are qualified for the campaign.

2. After placing the order, please fill in correct Transbang address and your Transbang member ID. If there are any errors, you couldn’t have the discount even if you modify after placing the order.

3. The parcels from different shops on Rakuten can be consolidated after they are sent to the warehouse then ship to you. However, each of your orders need to fulfill the campaign required amount.

4. Only your items sent to the warehouse by 2021.04.04 23:59pm (JST) could be qualified for this campaign.

5. The items bought from Rakuten cannot be consolidated with the items from other shopping websites.

6. If shipping fees don’t reach the offered discount amount, the discount will be given as your actual shipping fees.

7. Users should bear the rest of the shipping fees if it is over the offered discount amount.

8. If you cancel the order after creating the order or edit the shopping items, the order couldn’t meet the discount qualifications.

9. If you use Rakuten shopping coupon, the system would take the deducted amount to see if it meets the required amount or not.

10. If you use Rakuten Super Point, the system would take the amount before deduction to see if it meets the required amount or not.
